Well what do you know?! It’s already been a week since my inception as a blogger! My how time flies especially when you’re your own boss with an abundance of creative freedom. That feeling let me tell you is beyond compare.

The 2nd Taj International Vine and Food Experience, Taj Bengal (April 10-April 11)
Curated by Sommelier Keith W Edgar, the second edition of this festival brings the best of an international wine experience with over 27 wineries and International wine producers, all under one roof. The event will also play host to wine tasting and five open-seating master classes featuring the great wines of India. What’s more? Patrons can also enjoy an array of international delights to enjoy along with their wines.

On offer will be an assortment of delights including alternatives like tamarind and crisp singed Fish Steak with Rock Melon, Goat Cheddar and Watermelon Greens with Firm Filo Cake shavings, prepared White Pomfret loaded down with Crab Peri meat and Broiler simmered vegetables and flame broiled Scallops with Hazelnut Nippy Lemon Margarine with Avocado, Sun dried Tomato pound and shaved Cucumber among others.
